If it's a complete bespoke design and build, with full recurring support, then £40 might represent an ongoing monthly charge, with a small percentage commission of web sales. It's also possible to quote a one-off charge for a complete project but an ongoing maintenance plan is preferred.

If it's only a small change to an existing site then there may only be a one-off charge in the region of £35-£50. Data migration costs tend to vary depending on existing site complexity.
